SB 49, the Save Adolescents From Experimentation (SAFE) Act, will become law on Monday after the Cole County Circuit Court ruled in favor of Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s defense of the Act this week!

I was proud to have sponsored this bill in the House, and submitted a letter in support of the defense this week.

Missouri children MUST be protected from gender experimentation that could have lifelong disastrous consequences for them. I will ALWAYS stand up for Missouri kids, no matter how loud the opposition is, and I’m thankful that today the court sided in favor of allowing this bill to become law on Monday.

Thank you to everyone who spoke up in favor of the SAFE Act, attended the court hearings this week and prayed for those of us championing this bill in the Legislature!
