Now that everyone is back home and settled in, we wanted to share a few photos and highlights from this year’s kickoff!

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who took the time to be there and make the event what it was. Hosting this event is something we truly look forward to each year, and getting everyone together is always a great reminder of why we do what we do.

Growing a company comes with a lot of questions, especially when bringing new people into the mix. You hope everyone will work well together, share the same drive, and continue to hold themselves to a high standard. Events like this make those worries a little easier when you get to see firsthand the passion, dedication, and heart that our agents and partners bring to the table.

Our breakout sessions gave our team the opportunity to share information, ideas, and experiences with the agents and partners in attendance. We had some great conversations, plenty of questions, and even some new ideas come out of those sessions.

It wasn’t just the business conversations that made the weekend special. The laughs, personal conversations, and time spent getting to know one another are just as important to building the kind of team and relationships we want to have.

We had opening remarks from David Wilson and Hunter Davis who always provide us with powerful statements of encouragement and even some laughs to get everything started. We are so proud of them and their time and commitment that is put into providing us with a foundation to build on.

Brandon Clay, Chief Brand & Industry Officer at EnrollHere, also gave an exceptional seminar that set the tone for the entire event. We’ve already heard from several partners about how much his message meant to them, with some even saying his words will stick with them for a lifetime.

Key notes were also given by Bobby Bache, SVP of Affiliate Partnerships at AmeriLife, Brian Luben, Vice President of Health Distribution at AmeriLife, and Scott Elliott, Chief Distribution Officer, Health at AmeriLife

We are also thankful to our Elite team who were able to step away from the office and network with people that they are always communicating with, but don’t always get the chance to meet!

Most importantly, we’re thankful that everyone made it home safely. We’re proud of the people we’ve brought together and excited to see where this team continues to go.

Swinging for a cause!

Last weekend we had an incredible time out on the Jekyll Island courses for the annual Tattnall Shrine Club - Birdies at the Beach Golf Tournament! At Elite Insurance Group, we’re always honored to support an organization that does so much for our community.

Through Shriners Children's, the Shriners Foundation provides world-class pediatric specialty care which works towards treating children with complex orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip or palate regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Standing behind their mission of providing care without barriers makes every swing on the course extra meaningful.

We brought out 4 teams representing Elite to compete this year, handed out custom gear to fellow golfers, and enjoyed a little sun.

To top off the weekend, a huge congratulations to two of our teams for pulling off 2nd place in the 3rd flight and a 3rd place finish in the 2nd flight!

Thank you to the Tattnall Shrine Club for putting on another top-tier event. Good times, great company, and an unbeatable cause. See you on the greens next year!

The countdown is on, and here’s what we have planned for next week:

With AEP just around the corner, Elite is more than excited to get things started with our yearly gathering and this will be the largest one yet!

We’re looking forward to bringing our team, carriers, sponsors, and industry speakers together for our 2026 AEP Kickoff at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.

This annual event is a great opportunity to learn about the latest Medicare policies, plan updates, promotions, and changes heading into the upcoming enrollment season. It’s also a chance to connect with the people and partners who help make what we do possible.

The growth that we have had from last AEP to this years has been tremendous and we welcome more and more people into our ever growing family!

We’re eager for next week to be here as we know we will have a great time learning, networking, and preparing for a successful AEP. Let’s get ready for another great season!

Playing a little catch up!

MedicareCon 2026 is officially in the books! 🎉

Our team had an incredible time in Birmingham connecting with industry leaders, networking with fellow professionals, exploring new strategies, and gaining valuable insights into what’s ahead for Medicare.

Events like MedicareCon are a great opportunity to step outside of our day-to-day work, learn from others in the industry, and bring fresh ideas back to our organization. We’re always looking for ways to grow, improve, and better support our agents and clients, and conferences like this help us stay informed and ahead of what’s next.

We’re grateful for the meaningful conversations, new connections, and valuable knowledge we gained throughout the event. Most importantly, we’re excited to take what we learned and turn those insights into new opportunities for our organization, our agents, and the clients we serve.

A big thank you to everyone who made MedicareCon 2026 such a great experience! We’re already looking forward to putting these new ideas into action and continuing to grow together.

25 years ago today, our country experienced a tragedy that changed countless lives forever.

September 11, 2001 was more than a moment in history. It was the loss of thousands of innocent lives, the unimaginable heartbreak of families losing someone they loved, and a day that left an impact that continues to be felt 25 years later. Our thoughts and prayers are with every family and loved one who has carried that loss through the years.

We are especially grateful for the courage and selflessness shown by the first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, and ordinary people who stepped up to help others when it mattered most. Their bravery continues to be an example of what it means to put others before yourself.

Days like today will always put life into perspective. It’s easy to get caught up in everyday stress, busy schedules, and things that seem important in the moment, but none of it matters more than the people we love and the time we have with them.

We are also reminded to never take your family or friends for granted. Call the people you love. Make time for them. Say what you need to say. Hold onto the little moments, because we are never guaranteed another day with the people who mean the most to us.

May we continue to carry the lives lost on September 11th in our hearts and never lose sight of the importance of compassion, courage, and cherishing the life we’ve been given.

Now, 25 years later, we pause, reflect, and hold close the people who matter most, as well as honoring those who lost their lives.

If you have not had a chance, please look up the drone display in New York honoring all 2,977 lives lost. We also encourage you to take a moment to pray for those who may need strength or compassion on a day like today, as their lives were forever changed.

Our team is down in Birmingham, Alabama, for MedicareCon 2026, and we couldn’t be more excited!

Hunter Davis, Clay Waterbury, Alex Collins, and Will D***s will be representing Elite Insurance Group as we connect with other agencies, industry leaders, and potential partners from across the country.

For us, conferences like this are about so much more than sitting in sessions and taking notes. They’re about building relationships, sharing ideas, learning what’s next in our industry, and having a great time with the people who make this business so special!

Over the years, trips like these have played a huge role in growing our business. Some of our strongest partnerships and most valuable relationships started with a conversation at a conference, over a meal, or simply meeting someone new.

We’re looking forward to bringing home new knowledge, new connections, new opportunities, and plenty of good memories.
