Happy Birthday to our cinematographer, editor, and resident “wait, I have a film idea” Jordan Hoover! 🎉

Jordan is the kind of creative who can talk film, sports, Pokémon, and camera gear with equal passion, which is honestly both impressive and a little concerning.

He’s currently deep in his Pokémon era, still collecting Funko Pops like they’re tiny plastic coworkers, and somehow still finds time to make our client videos look cinematic.

Whether he’s behind the camera, in the editing room, or explaining why a scene worked because of the lighting, shot list, lens choice, and probably something about Detective Pikachu, Jordan brings talent, humor, and major cinematic energy to the team.

We recently gave the website for Roundabout Catering a full redesign—creating a digital experience that feels every bit as elevated as the events they bring to life.

Karlo comes to Ace Studios with experience in nonprofit communications and a double dose of word-wizardry from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he studied English and Journalism. So yeah, he knows how to write a sentence, spot a story, and probably has serious thoughts about your comma usage.

Outside of work, Karlo is a sports lover, music lover, skateboarder, and avid walker. Basically, if there’s movement and rhythm involved... he’s in.
