Hello Milkhouse fans! I’m reaching out to see if there is still an interest in painted furniture and if so, what are you looking for these days? I’ve noticed the market is saturated with people painting, but none is done by hand, it’s all sprayed, and it seems boring to me. Thoughts?

Sold!!!: $150.00 This is the sweetest roll top desk that was hand painted with Dixie Belle paint in Vintage Duck Egg and Sand Castle. A touch of whimsy with a mouse to help with homework or any literary needs. Slightly hand distressed and rubbed with antique gold wax for highlights. Chair is included and is SOLID. Absolutely perfect set.🩷
Dimensions are: 31” wide 381/2” tall and 18” deep.

It’s spring in the Milkhouse and I couldn’t be happier to start creating again! To celebrate the season I’ve chosen Vintage Duck Egg for this sweet desk! Check out my helper today….she was very dedicated to her craft! Getting ready to start the fun part! I’m picturing this piece in a kitchen, a child’s room or even in an entry ( channeling John Walton there, his desk was right in the middle of the hub of the house, tucked by the staircase). She has a roll top to cover the mess.Her diminutive size will allow her to go from apartment to mansion. 🩷

Greetings Milkhouse followers! After a brief midwinter rest ( and a knee surgery) we are back at it with spring delight! This little roll top desk came to me with a need for TLC. After repairs she will be painted a delightful vintage blue with a bit of a surprise! Stay tuned!!!
