Ready to enjoy a little bit of holiday downtime! Come Monday, Titan Advertising expands again! Could not be more thankful for all the support we have gotten from family and friends over the last 2 years. Have a great holiday (and if anyone has any little two cents for finding the right people, on boarding employees, etc., it would be much appreciated!

We are currently hiring call center agents that provide sales support for clients nationwide.

Well suited applicants will be able to effectively communicate over the phone and via digital platforms, with a client service first mindset, and coordinate appointments between customers and managers.

Excellently suited applicants will have the desire and aptitude to grow and advance into larger Business Development and Management roles.

Responsibilities:

• have a passion for high levels of customer service work

• get satisfaction achieving personal goals

• be punctual and a team player

• desire to lead and take on responsibility

Qualifications

• Ability to operate multiple software platforms

• Ability to go above and beyond

• Attention to detail

• Customer service experience
