We bring you Civica a 20,000sf in saline facility we had the privilege and challenge of turning over every SQUARE FOOT of the 20k facility including intricate flash cove sanitary base with a included underlayment of an additional 1/4 of cushion to make up for the height of GERFLOR GTI Tile that was specially manufactured for this project by cutting off all the pegs/interlocking parting of the 24x24 so that we could heat weld every single tile
Which we then flash covers up to sanitary wall cladding with a picture frame boarder, every inch & crevice had to be fully sealed.
Quality control for this project we literally crawling on there hands and knees with magnify glasses and iPhones zooming in to make sure there we no breaches.
The smallest gauge could cause build up of bacteria 🦠 then effect possible cures for illnesses 😷 the right crew & contractor can make anything happen
12 days 20ksf prep & install modified GERFLOR GTI tiles with over 27,540 linear feet of heat welding which is over 5 miles long of none stop 24/7 work and silicone sealant well over 2+miles.
