We’re looking for a small business owner who wants to get creative with us! 📸

We’re offering a discounted branding shoot while our social media team completes an in-studio training focused on capturing strategic iPhone B-roll during a photoshoot.

You’ll work directly with Chelsea, our founder and photographer, the Brand Gloss social media team, and SADIE | East Coast Wedding & Event Content Creator to create:
✨ A mixture of updated headshots
✨ A fun, creative concept for your business
✨ Branding photos to use throughout your marketing
✨ iPhone B-roll for Reels and social media content

Your concept can highlight you, your services or products, and can even involve an additional model. If you don’t have a full vision yet, that’s completely fine—we’ll help you develop the concept and plan what to capture.

Because this shoot is part of a live team training, we’re looking for someone who is very comfortable and confident in front of the camera, open to direction, and comfortable with our team observing and learning throughout the session.

The session will take place at our Richmond studio on Wednesday, August 26, from 11:15 AM–12:45 PM.
The discounted investment is $295, normally $750.

Today's success wasn't luck. And it is still a work in progress.

I built it one photoshoot, one client, one late night, and one scary decision at a time. Even when it felt crazy uncomfortable.

But here's what makes it worth it: helping incredible women build businesses they're proud of.

And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that there's never going to be a perfect time to start. Or a sign of luck from the universe.

My advice? Take the first step, even if it's a small one. Just start. Because that's the difference between "one day" and "day one."
