We’re looking to align with a part-time designer located in the United States or Canada who is brilliant at creating on-brand, cohesive designs for our amazing clients.

With each client project, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent, have creative freedom in alignment with our individual client aesthetics, and be one of our go-to for creating social media, newsletter, and podcast graphics for our clients and internal marketing documents.

COMPANY BACKGROUND:
Since 2017, we've built our agency by elevating the social presence of brands in the areas of beauty, health & wellness. We've created timeless and authentic communication frameworks for 75+ mission-driven, women-led brands. We do this by curating a solid communication structure built on captivating copy, culturally relevant content, and excellent brand-focused communications support.

TASKS MAY INCLUDE CREATING:
-Social Media, podcast, and event graphics
-The foundational design aesthetic for our clients
-Newsletter and email marketing designs
-Opt-Ins, slide decks, and other pieces of marketing content for clients and internal documents

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Must have knowledge of and experience with creating marketing materials.

Must know how to utilize one or more of these platforms:

-Canva (we create a lot of templates for our clients)
-Photoshop
-Adobe Suite

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF:

-You LOVE creating unique and original yet cohesive designs.
-You LOVE opportunities to develop and enhance your craft.
-You LOVE design that bridges aesthetics with communications and marketing.
-You UNDERSTAND that co-creation and community are the keys to a thriving and supportive virtual working environment.
-You KNOW how to manage your time well when working independently but enjoy collaboration.

THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

-You struggle to manage your time well and/or meet deadlines.
-You struggle to accept constructive guidance as it relates to your designs.
-You struggle with assessing your creative bandwidth and/or capacity.
-You struggle with understanding the importance of the marketing side of design.
