This position requires pre-press knowledge including preflight formatting, intake, processing, checking and setting-up files to meet our high-quality standards. It also includes various digital design tasks to turn customer files into printable and fully producible production files, with production design and occasional creative design tasks for both large and small format presses. This position is an essential part of BIZPORT’s production team and serves as a liaison for Customer Service, Sales and Production.

Since our inception in 1987, BIZPORT, as our tagline states, has always been “how you get things done.” As your trusted partner for all things print and design, we will not let the impact of COVID-19 stop us from helping you get things done.

Along with the rest of the world, we’ve been monitoring the ever-evolving situation with COVID-19. It has brought much disruption and uncertainty to all the communities and businesses we serve. While all of us enter unchartered waters, please know that our top priority has been, and will always be, the safety of our employees and customers. I wanted to take a moment and inform you of how BIZPORT is doing everything it can do to ensure the wellbeing of everyone in our printing operations. BIZPORT will keep it’s employees and customers safe during this trying time, while we continue to help “you get things done.”

Here are some of the proactive steps we’ve taken to ensure our commitment to you:

• Established a Coronavirus Preparedness Task Force, to monitor the situation, stay in close contact with officials, and share insights across printing facilities to ensure a safer printing environment across our company.

• Reinforced our Standard Operating Procedures on facility cleanliness and sanitation, with additional emphasis on high traffic areas, customer service areas, as well as in our delivery vehicles.

• Expanded sick leave and pay policy for team members to reduce their risk of contracting and spreading infections, and ensure they have the necessary support during these uncertain times.

• Re-emphasized the importance of delivery to customers and team members. We’ve been experts in delivery since 1987 and are uniquely equipped to handle a variety of delivery requests and special instructions.

Your safety will always remain BIZPORT’s top priority. We will continue to share updates regarding BIZPORT and keep you informed of the innovative ways we will help support you through these challenging times.
