Internships are a great way to connect you with other interns and employees. It is a great way to build your networking skills and prepare you for a full time job at AssuredPartners. Having prior knowledge of insurance is important and will make you stand out as a student. If you have a specific niche you are passionate about it will set you apart from others. Over time Olivia’s role has changed a lot. Being willing to jump into things will help expand your knowledge and experience. Going into it open minded and flexible will get you very far and distinguish you from others. AssuredPartners offers a ten week paid internship this summer through the national internship program. It was such a privilege to attend the Women's Leadership Day at EKU Business and Technology College. Presented and hosted by EKU's RMI Program. Dr. Gardner led a discussion panel with EKU Alumni: Abbey Hulett, Cassie Woosley, and Crystal Baker. It was great to connect and learn from these women, and everyone who participated in EKU's Women Leadership Day. ✨
