HMC Advertising

HMC Advertising Welcome to HMC, where clients get different thinking from a different place. We also believe that where we are is just as important as what we do.

HMC is a full-service marketing, advertising, digital, design and media agency with in-house video production. At a time when agencies are specializing in single, hot-topic areas of marketing, HMC believes in a fully integrated, strategic approach to helping our clients grow. And the people who work here have achieved that in every industry and won every major creative award. Many of us at HMC cho

se to leave big city, big agency life for a place that offers more space to stretch. Physically, philosophically and creatively. And this has meaningful impact on our work. We simply offer a different point of view from a different place.

The Phoenix, with their commitment to sober living and recovery through exercise and group activities, inspired us so much that we decided to create a campaign for them and give it to The Phoenix as a gift. We didn’t work from a brief or an actual assignment, but the messages and the tone of our campaign still struck a chord. And now The Phoenix and HMC have decided to start officially collaborating—and do Work That Matters, together.

In our new campaign for Call2Recycle we wanted to create increased awareness about the importance of recycling old, used batteries in Vermont. The result was a 1100% increase in traffic to the Call2Recycle homepage. Now that’s increased awareness we’re very happy about.

For those struggling with substance use disorder, stigma can be a major barrier to getting help. As part of our recent campaign for the Vermont Department of Health, we’re addressing stigma head on and sharing stories of real Vermonters who have found support from family and the community to overcome their addiction.

Then the pandemic happened, and she found an employer that welcomed and supported her. Her story is an example of what’s possible when Vermonters work to end add...

We are proud of our home state for being the first in the nation to reach the goal of 80% of the population (12+) being fully-vaccinated. Vermont is now even more green and ready to be enjoyed this summer!

For an agency that’s inspired by Work That Matters, few things matter more to us than taking on the stigma that surrounds substance use disorder. This multimedia campaign for the Vermont Department of Health is now running statewide.
