Happy Monday, everyone! Round 1 of The Wardrobe Revival is wrapping up now, and I'm starting to plan for Round 2. If you missed the announcement about my new personal styling program, see my last post or head to https://joannaavant.kartra.com/page/thewardroberevival to read more about it!

For the first session, we had our group calls on Tuesdays at noon. I had a few people ask me if I'd consider trying another day/time in future sessions, and I'd be happy to consider it! Would a different day of the week and/or time be helpful for anyone here?

I also had a client ask if she could register to do The Wardrobe Revival with a group of friends, which sounds like such fun! Please reach out if you'd like to have a session for a group (could be friends, family, co-workers, etc.). It could be a fun way to stay in touch, edit closets over a glass of wine, and maybe have a closet swap when it's all over!

I'd love your thoughts on all of this as I tweak the program to work in people's schedules and lives!

The best method for understanding your personal style and editing your wardrobe so that getting dressed each morning is easy and fun!

I am so excited to let you in on some really big news!

One theme that continues to come up with clients, friends, and followers is that they are looking for some clear direction on how to make their wardrobes work for them -- how to get out of the “closet full of clothes and nothing to wear” rut and stop the overwhelm and frustration that comes with it. Covid has really exacerbated this dilemma, even for the most fervent fashion lovers! Because I’ve had so much interest in this type of content, I’ve decided to offer it in an online format!

It’s a 4-week program called THE WARDROBE REVIVAL, and inside you’ll learn my exclusive “Style Success Strategy.” At the end of the program, you’ll be able to look in your closet each morning and feel a sense of excitement about your options (can you even imagine?!) and pride that you’ve curated a wardrobe that you actually wear and love 💕!

I’m starting the year with a series of questions for you!

Let’s say that one of your 2019 goals is to get your wardrobe to a place that represents the real you (that is to say that you want to look as awesome as you are). 👗 👠 👜 Would you need more help with finding special occasion outfits (parties, weddings, fundraisers, etc.), or would guidance with your everyday looks (business casual, running errands around town, meeting someone for lunch) be the priority? I have a hunch I know what most of you will say, but I want to hear it from the horse’s mouth!

Good morning! ☀️ I just want to take a second to tell you who I am and what I do, in case you just found me and think I might be of some use to you:)

I’m Joanna Avant, and I’m a personal stylist. Sounds fancy. Can be fancy, but not always. My goal is to help all women feel confident and put-together every time they walk out the door. I work with women who have vastly different ages, shapes, interests, and budgets. I don’t spend all day rolling in and out of the fanciest stores, toppling over with bags full of the most expensive clothes. 👗 👠 I prefer to get in my clients’ closets and help them use what they already have in a fresh and updated way! I call this service a “Wardrobe Revival,” and it’s where I start with most clients.

Here are just a few services that I hire others to do for me:
⭐️ House cleaning (every other week)
⭐️ Landscaping
⭐️ Interior decorating
⭐️ Hair cut/color
⭐️ Grocery shopping (I usually use Clicklist and pick up the groceries when ready)

I made the decision to use these services (and not without some guilt) because it makes my life better! Some are things I’m just not great at. Some are things I could probably do but have decided it’s not the best use of my time. And a couple of them just make me happy!

I understand that everyone has different talents, interests, budgets. But if getting dressed everyday feels like a chore and leaves you feeling bad about yourself or uncomfortable or out of place, and the thought of shopping makes your blood pressure skyrocket, IT’S OK to source that out!
