Juneteenth is a vital time to reflect on our history, honor the resilience and enduring legacy of African American culture, and celebrate Black joy, creativity, and entrepreneurship right here in the Richmond region. - Juneteenth Free Community Day at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden: Enjoy free admission all day on Friday, June 19th!
Head out for an beautiful day of live music, storytelling, live painting by artist Ron Stokes, and delicious food from incredible local favorites like Ruby Scoops and Philly Vegan.

- Henrico County Juneteenth Celebration at Dorey Park: Grab your lawn chairs and head to Dorey Park on Saturday, June 20th (4 PM – 10 PM) for an immersive experience of live music, art, a massive vendor fair featuring 100 local businesses, and a fireworks finale!
