Over the years Ed & I have made many friends at the sign shop. Not only do we appreciate your business, but also your friendships!

For more than a year, Ed battled the worst enemy
ever - cancer. He stayed at the shop even when I insisted he stay home. Eventually he had to. He, with God's help, had a reasonably pain free last few months. For that his family is greatful. We thank God for His mercy.

I have been dealing with huge amounts of paperwork, trying to remove things from the shop and dealing with some health issues of my own and grieving. I appreciate the help I have received from my sons Terry & Tony Page and JJ Adkins. Those 3 have been my rock.

Finally to most of you this doesn't apply, but please remember small businesses appreciates you & needs you BUT we have families and family emergencies and we can't always be available. So don't get angry and cuss us out! You don't continue to be a customer after behaving that way!

If you need signs in the future, please call my friends Melissa & Tony Lawson at Allsigns. Just remember, they are BUSY too!

We hope all of you had an awesome Thanksgiving. Each of us have many things to be greatful and thankful for. God has blessed us.
We have been busy and we're behind on getting some items out to our customers. We're sorry. Unfortunately, we will be closed once again on December 12 & 13 due to a medical procedure. If anything should change, I'll post it. Thank you for your patience - we appreciate you!

It's been a while since I posted anything, but I couldn't let the opportunity go by and not say how proud my husband and I are of this young man!
Hunter Powell has done a bunch of growing since we first met ( I used to be taller than him, lol). His compassion, loyalty, strength of character, and love for his friends and teammates is what Ed and I admire the most in Hunter.
Joe & Kathy Powell you've done a fantastic job with parenting your two boys! Tommy, I know it's hard being the youngest - yet I expect great things are being accomplished by you too. Just In case you aren't aware of it - your brother bragged about your grades and achievements while we visited the other day!
So Hunter, THANK YOU for allowing this old grandma to be a part of your thoughtful gesture!

Hi Everyone,

Sometimes we have to either laugh or cry! But since this is happening over and over, We figured we would try to set the record straight.

We have received many calls asking if Ed died and stating they have heard that our business is closed. We want to clear this up - ED IS ALIVE (I should know, I live with him) and our business is OPEN, YES OPEN AND WE'RE ALIVE!

Thanks to ALL of you for your concern - we appreciate you!

Just wanted to let our friends & customers know that Ed's heart ablation went well. While it took longer than we hoped, it seems to have his heart beating in a rhythm his heart hadn't seen in a while. We are grateful to Dr. Behave and his team (NCBH) for the excellent treatment Ed received. Many thanks for your well wishes and prayers!

Ed & I appreciate your calls, visits and prayers. While he is getting stronger each day, he still is supposed to have another procedure done to his heart. Our hours of operation will be based on his health! We are trying to stay in the shop as much as possible, but Ed's health will be our top priority. Please call, leave a message if we don't answer, we will try our best to return your call. We have much to be thankful for and God has blessed us with many friends and some great customers. We pray God's blessings on each of you!
