After seven years building J. DelSUR Marketing Group, our founder Dr. Jan Southern is passing the
torch to new owners: Tuba and Somi Benson-Jaja.

Brothers, business owners, and longtime
members of our Coastal Georgia community.

The team, the quality, and the relationships you know aren’t going anywhere. And Jan isn't either. She's staying on as Senior Strategist, working directly with clients and welcoming new ones.

In my work with small business owners, I see firsthand how AI is changing the way we think, work, create, and make decisions.

I also hear the fear. Fear that it will replace people. Fear that it will make skills less valuable. Fear that we do not fully understand what is coming.I get that.

But I also think we may be looking at AI through the wrong lens.

The biggest question may not be what AI will replace.

It may be what AI will make possible.

I work with many small businesses. Some have embraced AI. Others are curious but cautious. And many workers are understandably fearful of what it could mean
