Well… Plan A, Plan B, and honestly Plan C are all out the window

Weather-related shipping delays x2, a promised pickup not able to happen, plus a failed trip to our FedEx location today — I did not want to have to share disappointing news.

🎄 Merry Christmas from Country Custom Design 🎄

As we wrap up another holiday season, thank you to everyone who chose Country Custom Design this year. Most days are full and busy, but the joy of creating makes it all worthwhile. I’m so grateful you continue to give my side gig life—it gives me a creative outlet and a sense of purpose alongside mom life and work, and I truly appreciate your support.

Now, we’re pressing pause to focus on family time. Last week, two of my boys turned a year older, and this season is a reminder of what matters most—the reason for the season and celebrating Jesus’ birthday.

We worked hard to complete every order exactly as requested, but if we missed something or made an error along the way, please know it was never intentional—and I truly appreciate your grace and understanding. ❤️

The Jefferson pickup box is definitely full right now… and we’re hoping none of those items are something that should be wrapped and sitting under a Christmas tree. 😉

We’ve also been working behind the scenes to improve email notifications and order updates to make things smoother for everyone. Technology is great… when it works—and we’re always learning and improving.
