Let's settle something once and for all: what's the best trophy or award you've ever personally received?

Doesn't have to be fancy. Could've been a third-grade spelling bee ribbon. Could've been a "World's Okayest Employee" gag gift that somehow meant more than the real award that year.

Plot twist: the best corporate gift you'll send this year isn't a gift card.

Mid-year reviews are happening right now. Performance bonuses are being decided right now. And somewhere in your office, someone is hoping their work this year actually meant something to someone.

He just showed up. Every game. Every crisis. Every 2am whatever-it-was.

He coached without a title. Led without a podium. And somehow always knew exactly what to say, even when he said nothing at all.

This Father's Day, give him the thing he never thought to ask for. His name, on something permanent.
