We’re a little shop with a big history! Started in 1933 by Robert “Earl” Wood, we’ve been in the Roanoke Valley for three generations. Take a look at our recent blog post on our website (https://www.earlwoodprinting.com/post/hello-and-welcome) to learn a bit more about our history! First Photo - - - Earl washing up the Heidelberg Windmill. One of the first additions to the original 3 presses in the shop, the Heidelberg Windmill pictured is a mainstay in our shop to this day! Photo 2 - - - After getting married, Earl and June moved the shop behind their house on Noble Avenue in Roanoke. We’ve hung on to this sign that pointed customers in the right direction when they arrived! Photo 3 - - - Our humble beginnings: the rightmost small building was the print shop’s second location behind Earl and June’s house. After Earl’s passing, June and her son Bob moved the shop to its current location on Whiteside Street in Roanoke. Give us a call or stop by, we can’t wait to hear from you! @ Roanoke, Virginia
