A few of the *many* results of the bakery team’s work from Pane è Pronto this morning. My body’s still adjusting to the extreme early hours but I’m so glad I’m taking the opportunity to learn alongside some of the best bread heads in Pittsburgh.

Marketing has always been a tough mental challenge, and rewarding in its own way, but there’s just something special about having a physical product to show for your labor at the end of the day. Finding a way to carve out a place for both in my life right now has been tough, but I’m glad I’m taking the chance, and so grateful for the support of my wife and family while I try to mix up something new and exciting.
