When I met Jess, the founder of Noble Boots Bookshop, she told me her vision of a mobile bookstore. Whimsical, cozy, a little retro. Great, I said. Tell me more. And then she told me about Boots.⁠

Boots was an old cat that had the kind of unbothered, scene-stealing energy that you can't ignore. I knew immediately this cat had to be in the logo.⁠
⁠
Boots makes the most perfectly playful “b” and stand alone brand mark.

Can’t wait to see the trailer transformation come to life very soon! 🙌🎉

I designed the last version of the Oya Construction website years ago. So when Nadean called about a refresh, it felt like getting the band back together.

My fave bits are the safety yellow + orange accents 🙌

I am unreasonably proud of this one.

Somewhere along the way Jones Street Creative got filed under "logo designer" in a lot of people's minds. I've been quietly doing about six other things nobody seems to know about.
I write. I build brand strategies. I design websites. I create the day-to-day marketing materials companies actually need. And yes, I design logos too.

As a mom of 2 boys, I’m already booking summer camps while I watch the last of the winter snow melt. IYKYK

Those Parks and Rec guides hit different when you’re circling STEM camps and basketball clinics for your own kids.

You might not know this, but Jones Street is about a whole lot more than logo design. A big slice of my world is supporting local nonprofits and community organizations with their day to day and seasonal print pieces. Brochures, guides, mailers. The stuff that actually gets held, flipped through and stuck on the fridge.

Keeping it on brand. Polished. Print ready. And genuinely useful.

Grateful to play a small part in the programs that keep our communities running and our kids active.☀️🏕️

I picked up "Just Kids" again yesterday. A beloved book that tugs at my heart with its poetic beauty. As I read the first chapter, I realized Patti Smith was born on Dec.30th, the same day I started re-reading it. Tell me that's not a little cosmic.⁠

My year is winding down slowly, wrapped in art. A visit to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. Rembrandts! The W Magazine Art Issue on my coffee table. Fashion spreads inspired by medieval art. And Patti Smith's tales of tiny apartments shared with Robert.⁠
