She brings over 20 years of digital marketing experience in the industrial and HVAC industries. Passionate about coaching businesses of all sizes in the use of digital marketing tools to drive growth, Lisa is well versed in web development and Google certified in Search, Display, and video ads. In her role with BxB, Lisa will focus on seeking new processes and tools to help our clients stay ahead of the curve and optimize their digital journey.

The BxB Media team hit the ground running in 2024 in a whirlwind of conferences—connecting with clients and partners in three different states! ✈️

Daniel Eller and Nick Hawkins shared their marketing expertise with HVACR dealers attending the BDR - Business Development Resources -hosted SPARK 2024 event in Savannah, Georgia, while Mike Zeppetello and Angela Kiel led a training session at the RSC Carrier Dealer Business Summit, in Farmington, PA.

BxB teammates Justin Ebright, Lisa Alfelt, and Steve McDonald also attended these events, while Kimberly L. Steele-Albrecht and Debbi Thompson headed to sunny Orlando to participate in the 2024 Johnstone Supply Dealer Meeting.
