What an incredible evening celebrating the people and organizations that make Rochester such a special place to live, work, and do business. 🌟

HeartBeep Marketing was honored not only to capture the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce’s A Night to Shine Annual Awards Celebration, but also to produce the award recipient videos that helped tell the stories behind this year’s honorees. The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce was proud to present the 2026 Educator of the Year award to Melissa-Lynn Wheeler during our Annual Awards Celebration, “A Night To Shine,” held on May 20, 2026 at The Oaks Grandview. The event was co-underwritten by Breezeline and Meredith Village Savings Bank. The Educator of the Year award was sponsored by Bernier Insurance.

This award recognizes an outstanding local educator who demonstrates excellence in teaching and makes a lasting impact on students and the community.

Melissa-Lynn Wheeler has spent the past 16 years teaching Kindergarten at Maple Street Magnet School, where she has helped shape the educational journeys of countless young learners through compassion, dedication, and excellence in education. Known for balancing high expectations with exceptional kindness, she creates a classroom environment where students build confidence, independence, accountability, and a love for learning.

Congratulations to Melissa-Lynn Wheeler on this well-deserved recognition.
