We are also discussing plans for things we want so we can bring awareness - A Digital Memorial Wall/Park area, and Healing Retreats for us families on our grief journey. I believe digital is more than a web presence, pay per click ads or even social media postings and blogs. Digital is a mindset. A mindset that is always thinking ahead and never staying in one place; it’s open to everything and attached to nothing. This is how I am able to think outside the box to provide my clients with content and social strategies that allow them to stand out.

While I have worked in many industries, my strength and passion is in the Funeral industry. I help funeral homes build their legacy while increasing the impact they have with their families and the influence they have in the their community. With over 40 years of experience in the funeral industry from almost every angle: I grew up in the industry, I worked in the funeral home office, I assisted on funerals, I went to school for Mortuary Science and passed my National Boards, I began my Residency (then left to pursue digital marketing - so not licensed), and I ran the funeral home office. I’ve watched my father have to leave dinner and family gatherings to serve other families. I’ve been the one on call in the middle of the night serving grieving families.

I know the stories the funeral directors have to tell and the influence they have in their communities. I honor that as I honor my grandfather’s legacy of funeral service. He started our family firm in 1956 and our firm was a community leader in excellence in the funeral industry in our hometown of Rochester, NY.

I take what makes a funeral home, or other business, unique and create a digital and social presence that allows them to be aligned with their offline marketing so they stand out. While their funeral home may do what many others do - there is still a unique experience to be had with that funeral home and director and that’s how we increase your impact and influence. I believe your funeral firm is more than obituaries and grief resources. You serve the living while you honor the dead - and that’s not something we take lightly. I honor the work you do in your community for your families.
