First in 2021, now in 2023. We're the Prestige Awards "Social Media Company of the Year"
Once again, our continued innovations and business support drives our victories. As we drastically reduced the amount of direct content creation and management services, we moved into three key support areas. Content development focused commercial photography, marketing consultancy & innovations.
Innovations were the driving force behind our victory in 2021. Our pioneered and copyrighted "Brand Assessment & Follower Farming Tutorial. The Ultimate Social Media Tool to Unlock The Power of Brand Identity & Personification." This is such an industry staple now, even impacting Meta Businesses' UX design decisions. Notice how much easier it is to comment, interact and personify your business within your local community? Do you see how many people ask for referrals on social media and businesses directly respond or the way businesses interact in local groups? Believe it or not (shout out to Ripley's), that's our innovation and a monumental contribution to social media marketing at large. Content ideas & styles, continued refinement of a hyper-local approach and our business practices - like our "super-value & hidden value propositions" are additional innovations.
Judy Arney, Chief Client Content Officer, has continued to increase and refine our value added feature of "1 commercial photogrpahy" session per quarter. Again, as we moved away from direct development, Judy shoots a commercial session. Pictures of environment, product & headshots are typically captured. Then, our Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Jake Roberts provides critical consultancy and marketing tools to help local businesses convert their new photos, present brand and services into consistent custom content resulting in loyal lifelong customers eager to refer. Roberts Relations and Prestige Awards recongized how every previous social management client is still deploying the unique brand identity and content strategy we provided to them. Even a business that only used our solutions for six months over two years ago. That's why we've adopted this model. To empower an SMB owner to win new business via their DIY social media efforts can significantly reduce expense and support start-up success.
Thus leading into our final growth area, marketing consultancy and advocacy. Roberts Relations helped several start-ups this year with their initial brand identity, selling position, customer profile and marketing roadmap. They enjoyed immediate customer success and business growth plus were equipped to handle the influx of business. The immense value add and comprehensive marketing consultancy is what set us apart from other social media experts. We've never been "how to get more likes" only "how to get more real customers."
