This past weekend, our Durst’ler cycling team participated in the Tour de Cure charity ride, Finger Lakes region, and we couldn’t be prouder of their commitment to making a difference. We’re honored to have been able to support our team as they take conquered this challenge in support of diabetes research, education, and advocacy.

In a recent interview with Morten B. Reitoft of INKISH, Christoph Gamper, CEO of Durst, discussed the future of print, and how 90 years of innovation has given Durst a unique perspective into where we have been, where we are now, and where we can all be headed with the right tools and technology in place. Software will continue to change, automation will continue to evolve, and our overall interaction with technology will look very different.

TexTape, a producer of industrial labels for the automotive and dairy industries based out of Texas, has invested in two Durst Tau RSC E printers.

Recently, they discussed their experience with these printers, their partnership with Durst, and the possibilities RSC technology has brought their business with NAPCO's Packaging Impressions. Candy Pimentel, flexo manager of TexTape, said, “We absolutely love it — the quality, the color match... I mean, everything about the Durst is just phenomenal to us.”

Miller Zell has been a long-time partner of Durst, and has become a power user of Durst technology, installing several printers over the last eight years and utilizing multiple software solutions.

Leslee Barker, director of graphics center operation at Miller Zell, was recently interviewed by Wide-Format Impressions for a partner voice piece. When asked why Miller Zell continues to return to Durst again and again, Barker said, “They’re always innovating. They’re not really comfortable with the status quo. From 2018 on, there’s been new machines constantly: New upgrades, faster machines, new capabilities. I honestly don’t know when they’re ever going to slow down.”

We’re settling back into our routine this week, and reflecting on the 2026 ISA Expo.

We here at Durst Group North America have a lot to be proud of, and even more to be thankful for. We had four printing solutions, software, and an exceptional team behind it all. All the hard work the team puts in resulted in a visually stunning booth, with powerful solutions printing unique applications, a lot of laughs, great conversations, and an overall very successful expo.

We are so grateful for our team, our vendor partners, our loyal customers, our new friends, and the future we are all building together.

We sat down with Rami Akhras and Mike Shiel of Labels Unlimited Company to discuss their investment in Durst Tau RSC technology.

Labels Unlimited started with one RSC E, and quickly added another to keep up with customer demands. Shortly after that, they upgraded both printers to RSC configurations, allowing them faster speed with the same high quality they and their customers love.

Akhras summarized the relationship by saying, "They really want you to succeed, and grow, and [they]work with you to give you the best quality label to the customer. If you are any label printer... trust me, go with Durst. They really are a great partner. I wouldn't wait one minute longer."
