Grab your favorite iced coffee and let's talk real estate! May brought plenty of reasons to smile across Monroe County, and the market continued to show strength as we moved deeper into the spring season. 💕

🏡 Here's what happened in Monroe County during May:
✨ Median Sales Price: $300,000 (+9.1%)
✨ Closed Sales: 513 (+3.6%)
✨ New Listings: 982
✨ Active Inventory: 699 (+1.2%)
✨ Median Days on Market: 7

What does this mean?
🎉 For Sellers:
Buyers were still active and motivated. Homes continued to move quickly, with the average home selling in just 7 days. Prices remained strong, making this a fantastic time to capitalize on your home's value.

🔑 For Buyers:
Inventory improved slightly, creating more opportunities and more choices. While competition remained healthy, buyers who were prepared and strategic had opportunities to succeed.
