The Media Link office is conveniently located in Rock Island, but the project team may consist of a diverse professional team residing in different states. Media Link staff can meet in person and the rest of the team has a track record of working on projects remotely by using webinars and other communication technologies. We have experience working with the press through public relations and media outreach regionally, as well as nationally. We have been told by area politicians that we are the only agency in the area with direct news media experience.

Media Link's goal is to establish long-term relationships. We invest a lot of time listening and consulting with our clients to be able to assemble the most effective media campaigns. Once we create a multi-media mix and a budget, we will sit down with you and formulate the final strategy. We guarantee the final decision will always be made by you. Media Link negotiates on our clients' behalf; however, no action is taken without a signed document between Media Link and the client. It is our job to advocate on behalf of you and you are always encouraged to refer potential new vendors to us. We will then acquire information, evaluate products and services, and create customized proposals for you. We want to make sure you can delegate as much of your media buying workload to Media Link; yet, still remain in perfect control at all times. You will receive copies of invoices and relevant email conversations with vendors at the end of each month. Media Link produces a paper trail whenever information is of interest for the client. No decision is made without a paper trail and signature.

It’s true! Facebook’s AI is now sophisticated enough to read your post text for keywords. When you overload a post with tags, the algorithm may flag it as ""spam"" and limit who sees it. Keeping it simple is the key to staying visible.
