Today started off on the wrong foot! I spoke with a few customers early.then for no reason my phone stopped working! I spent 2 hours with Verizon to remedy the situation. Many customers were unable to reach me. All is well now but the frustration with technology is always looming! Have a better Monday!

March 3rd 2018, today is day 6 of battling a fever with some minor chest congestion. I love my customers but one thing is curious to me. Why do people call after 9am? And then they don't answer their phone in the afternoon? And I will state this again. Do not pm me on this site! Use the Paul Buffum fb
Site. Or better yet....call 866-1609 mon. Thru friday before 9 am Thank you. I am working as much as possible but my energy level in the afternoon is too low to function.

Weds February 7th. I wake up at 3 am with flu symptoms. I call two friends in the industry to get some repair help. One has a funeral for his nephew today and another has a full schedule. It's not a good day to have a broken appliance.

Thank you to all of my customers.your appliance troubles concern me and I want to help you. (Here comes the but) please help me to hear and understand your phone number. Speak clearly and slow down a bit. I can't help you if I can't call you. Call me at 866-1609 in the morning (b-4 9am) for faster service. If you get a "mailbox is full recording," it is not full but I am on the line helping another customer. Call back in a minute. I can hire someone to answer this phone but....I would have to charge you more $$$. Have a great day.
