Grey Sky Media is a full service digital agency. We help our clients with Naming & Branding, Design & Development and Marketing & Data Analyzation; and, that’s where we need your expertise. We’re looking for a full-time employee to weave our projects’ timelines together, to manage workflows, and negate scheduling delays.
We are looking for someone who possess excellent organizational skills, can positively and effectively communicate with team members, excels at time management, and can organize tasks based on importance. This person will be scheduling personnel across projects, creating and executing a plan when a speed-bump arises, and notifying those involved in that project.
This is a new, evolving role with evolving responsibilities.
Job description

- Using our project management software, create and maintain individual project’s task lists, timelines, gantt chart, and milestones (with help of team members as needed) so we can have a clear idea of our production capacity and deliverable dates.
- Schedule and run technical meetings as needed
- When additional work is requested, or another issue arrises which will affect projects’ timelines, communicate with the management and project stakeholders
- Work with Finance regarding any cost changes which should be passed to clients
- Develop proposals
- Help streamline company procedures
- Ensure that each employee is tracking time accurately on assigned projects
- Communicate progress with stakeholders regularly, attend demonstrations, and complete hand-off documentation, as needed.
- Verify deliverables by conducting testing/audits to ensure quality assurance and control.
Experience & Education
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Technical Project Management a plus
- 1-2 years experience utilizing a commercial or constructed project management system
- Agile, waterfall and/or scrum experience a plus
- Teamwork.com project management or another compatible platform experience a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and working with internal teams and project stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable of, or deep interest in web development technologies.
- Experience applying analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to predict challenges.
- Comfortable using the Mac operating system
