Recently Brooke wrote this on Forbes.com about AI and authenticity.
"The tools should grow with us. We should not disappear into the tools."
Last week she was featured again on Forbes.com on digital transformation. And the same principle applies.
The organizations that get digital transformation right are not the ones that adopt the most tools. They are the ones that keep people at the center of every decision about how those tools are used. The technology serves the mission. Not the other way around.
That is what authentic digital transformation looks like. It is continuous. It is human-led. And it is never done.
