Sunshine Embroidery I am not a tailor. I do logos, monogramming, names, etc. I embroider on leather and dog collars. I am a retired nurse. I have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.

My patients use to call me Sunshine so when I started my business 30 years ago I liked the nickname Sunshine so I named my business Sunshine Embroidery. I will try to embroidery anything you send me but on occasion there are somethings that even after 30 years I am unable to do. My minimum order is 1. I have 3 commercial machines. Many customers have come to me saying they cannot get their digitized files of their artwork from their previous embroidery companies and/or digitizing companies. Here at Sunshine Embroidery, your files are yours once you pay for them and have no outstanding balance with us. It has been decided by the Supreme Court of the United States that once you pay for it you own it. Even if it is manufactured internationally. Anyone who will not give it to you is breaking the law. They have also found a way around this by corrupting the files so you can not use them and have to get them re-digitized. Meanwhile, they still have the uncorrupted files. I have seen this happen many times. So if you want an honest business then contact me and I will be happy to help you.

Patches have become very popular lately. Here are somethings to know about patches. They usually have a minimum order of 25-50 and/or a minimum of $100. It is not really cost effective of you want less than 25 and even wanting 25 is not real cost effective. Because most companies who make patches still charge $100 for those 25 patches and it also depends on the design and type of patch wanted. So you are paying $4 per patch if you get 25. You get less than that and you will be paying a lot more. Now if you do not find a company in your area that does patches then they are most likely done overseas and you will have to wait 2 weeks or more to get them and pay for shipping. Even if you find a company in your country that does them say the US since that is where I am but not in your area you will still have to pay shipping, which we all know is ridiculous right now. I just send a package to a client in the same state as me via UPS and is was $20. I no longer trust the US postal service as they keep losing checks that are sent in the mail to me. Which is sad because they use to be the most reliable way to send things to people and if they were not broken I would send things through them. So when deciding between screen printing, Embroidery or patches keep this in mind. Screen printing is cheaper but does not last very long. Embroidery is a little more expensive but if is good and done well it will last much longer than screen printing and patches are just not worth the cost unless you do a large amount of the exact same patches. There are also embroidery places that have a minimum order they will do but don't worry mine is 1. So if you are looking for graduation gifts such as towels or laundry bags or anything that can be embroidered give me a call and I will love to help you!

With masks optional in most places I have a compromised immune system so I am still requiring masks be worn per my doctors orders.

Inflation has hit us all hard. I have had to raise my prices in some areas but have remained the same in other areas. I am still striving to give you the best price I can!

I hope everyone is enjoying March Madness! My bracket got busted with UK losing but that is okay I love watching March Madness! I am still working through it so I do not get to see all the games but the second round has my grandsons school Creighton facing the school I love KU! It should be interesting!
