Lisa Brinker

Lisa Brinker Lisa is the communications director for Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, a big cat sanctuary in Arkansas.

She manages the team that creates all digital and print information going out from the Refuge. Lisa Brinker is a public relations professional passionate about big cats. She earned her master’s degree in public relations in 2014 and she has 7+ years experience in journalism and public relations. She is currently the Communication's Director at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, a big cat sanctuary

located in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. She runs all their social media, manages their website, writes press releases, takes photos, films and produces all their video, and handles communications between the refuge and the public. She's passionate about her work and loves the people and animals she works with. Lisa enjoys writing, photography, gaming, and making connections all over the world through social media. Her involvement with public relations and journalism started when she was 14 in a youth organization called Civil Air Patrol.

I love the interns I work with. Since arriving 4 years ago I have watched 8 groups go through the program (that is 120 people... but since at least 5 - 8 people stay each round that is more like 60). These individuals are wonderful, hardworking, dedicated people who I admire so much! I am proud of them all and wish them the best in their lives.
