Most paving companies do amazing work.

The problem is the photos and videos online usually don’t reflect the quality of the company behind them.

That’s exactly why I created this ad.

I wanted to show what paving content could actually look like when it’s shot intentionally and built around the craftsmanship behind the work.

No gimmicks. No fake “marketing agency” feel. Just high-quality visuals that help companies stand out and make a stronger first impression online.

I’m only taking on a small number of paving clients this season, so if you’re ready to level up your company’s content, now’s the time to reach out!

Reading a newspaper. At highway speed.

That's not the most alarming thing the Maine Turnpike road crew told me when I sat down to film interviews with the people who work along the highway every day. But it might be the most unbelievable.
Phones, food, makeup, GPS, books. They've seen it all from a few feet off the shoulder while cars fly past at 70 miles an hour.

I drove home a little slower after filming this one. Two hands on the wheel the whole way.

This is the kind of video that's hard to make because of what you hear. But the message is too important not to share.

One of my favorite things about the Machias Mile series with Machias Savings Bank is getting to think creatively about how we tell each story.

For this episode featuring Kendrick and Ryan from Optimum Construction, we didn't want a traditional interview setup. We put them inside one of their own framed-in houses in Westbrook. The studs, the structure, the bones of the building right behind them as they talked about what it actually takes to build 100 single-family homes and more than 450 multifamily units.

That's the Nuts and Bolts of business. The kind of story you don't get from a press release.

This shot still blows my mind.

A quarry blast for Capital Rock Drilling & Blasting, LLC, captured from the side is one of the most intense things I’ve ever filmed. The force and speed is just unreal!

Most people never think about where crushed stone actually comes from, but there’s an incredible amount of precision and planning that goes into every blast you see here.

This is why I love this work! Showing the things that usually happen completely out of sight.

YES.. we can make TV commercials.

This one for Machias Savings Bank is a good example of what that actually looks like. It started completely from scratch. Concept, messaging, tagline, shot design, production direction — everything.

I developed the concept, built the “Road to YES” tagline (which is now part of their brand campaign), and we brought it to life with filming and editing alongside my friend Sam Brilliant(thanks Sam).

It eventually aired as a TV commercial in New Hampshire.

But the part I’m most proud of isn’t where it ended up.

It’s that it started as an idea and became a full campaign piece that a real company is now using to represent their brand.

This is what I love doing! Helping clients take their message and turn it into something people actually feel.

Throwing it back to one of our favorite projects with Machias Savings Bank! Back in 2022, we had some fun with the amazing team at MSB to help them celebrate and announce that they made the "Best Banks to Work For" list for the EIGHTH year in a row! 🎉

This video was all about capturing the pride and fun that comes with being part of an incredible team. MSB’s dedication to its people is inspiring, and we’re proud to have played a part in celebrating that achievement. Here’s to creating content that highlights what makes each business unique and memorable!

Recently, we spent the day with Mike from Sargent, who was working on a project at Sanford Airport. This was one of the more interesting job sites we've ever been on, right beside an active runway. (Yes, we had permission to fly the drone)

There’s something incredible about diving into a day like this—watching the teamwork, problem-solving, and focus that goes into each moment on site. For me, these videos aren’t just about capturing construction; they’re about capturing the heart of an industry I admire.

"Small businesses are the heartbeat of Machias Savings Bank." This line from a recent video we created with MSB reflects a belief we share here at BOMM. Small businesses aren’t just vital to MSB—they’re the heartbeat of all of New England.

Running a business is hard work, there's no doubt about it. You’re focused on operations, growth, and keeping everything moving forward, and often there’s not enough time to get to everything on your to-do list. Creating high-quality content that represents your brand can feel impossible to tackle on top of it all.

That’s exactly why I started Bolt-On Marketing & Media. You don’t have to worry about how to create content, how to edit it for each platform, or where and when to post it. When you "bolt us on" to your business, we become your marketing and media partner, ready to amplify your story and reach. We’re here to be an extension of your team—driven, reliable, and ready to make your vision a reality.

Let’s work together to make your business a lasting part of New England’s heartbeat.

Sometimes, life has a way of pulling us right where we’re meant to be. I was all the way out in Utah on a road trip when I heard that an old go-kart track back in Maine was being brought back from the dead. Shredway Maine(previously known as Boxshop Speedway) was a thriving spot back in the ’90s and early 2000s, then left behind and abandoned. But I knew that I had to be a part of its comeback story—and that’s exactly what we’re doing with Bolt-On Marketing & Media.

The name Bolt-On is more than just a saying for me; it’s a philosophy. In motorsports, “bolt-on” parts are those you can add to make your vehicle faster, better, or more efficient—without overhauling everything. In the same way, I aim for Bolt-On Marketing & Media to be an add-on service for my clients, something that integrates seamlessly to help elevate their business, drive their growth, and get results. Just like a turbocharger or a supercharger can take a car to the next level, I want our work to amplify what’s already great in the businesses we work with.

Shredway Maine, is the perfect example of why I do what I do: giving a boost to something that has all the potential to be amazing and making it thrive once again. I’m thrilled to be part of this revival and can’t wait to see this track buzzing with energy, excitement, and community again.

Ready to "Bolt-On" some marketing horsepower to your business? Let’s make it happen.
