RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
The return and refund policies for JohnnyAppz Storefront operate alongside our primary printing and distribution partner, RageOn Inc. These policies are implemented to uphold the exclusive “on demand,” aka “made to order,” production process and maintain overall efficiency of distribution. They have been carefully structured with the primary goal to deliver a superior level of product quality, while also providing customers with the best service and experience available. To initiate a return or exchange request, please email: [email protected]. Office hours for RageOn Inc are Monday through Friday, from 9AM - 6PM EST. Any questions or concerns submitted during the weekend will be responded to promptly on the following business day. Approved return and exchange requests should be shipped to the following address: Attn RageOn, 1163 E 40th St, Ste 211, Cleveland, OH 44114. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Please be prepared to provide the following information while requesting your return - Customer Name, Product Type, Order Number, Original Packaging, Reason for Return and receipt / proof of purchase. - Please also include this information in your return package do that your refund can be processed as immediately as possible. Once your return is received, it will begin inspection and you will begin receiving email notifications keeping you informed of the current status. After the approval process is complete, your refund will enter processing and you will receive an email confirmation including the final details. The final processing of your refund will be completed within 48-72 hours after it has been received. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your bank to then process the deposit. This period of time will depend completely on your financial institution (Please contact your bank for more details about their policies). Replacements / exchanges can be provided if an item were to arrive defective, damaged, or if you have received a size or item different from what was ordered. Exchanges will be fulfilled within 25 days after it has been received (possibly sooner). There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may include but is not limited to: any item not in its original condition, and items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. There are also inevitably situations and specific items that may extend outside of these general policies and may not allow us to immediately approve a refund or exchange. For these extenuating circumstances, please be sure to contact support directly with all details at: [email protected]. There is a general 15% restocking fee on all returns, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
