🚑 CONGRATULATIONS: Bi-County Ambulance Celebrates 50 Years of Service!!!

Last week, Bi-County Ambulance celebrated an incredible milestone — 50 years of service to the Yuba-Sutter region.

Caporusso Communications was proud to support the planning and ex*****on of this meaningful anniversary celebration at BCA’s Yuba City headquarters, bringing together elected officials, first responder partners, healthcare leaders, community members, and staff to honor five decades of lifesaving service.

The event highlighted the legacy of founder Kelly Bumpus, recognized the extraordinary dedication of BCA’s paramedics and EMTs, and reaffirmed the organization’s continued investment in facilities, training, and the future of emergency medical care in the region.

Our team was honored to help coordinate event logistics, communications, media outreach, and messaging to ensure the milestone was celebrated in a way that reflects BCA’s deep roots in the community and its ongoing commitment to service.

The celebration also generated local media coverage, helping share this important story with the broader Yuba-Sutter community.

(February 4, 2026) – The Colusa County Transit Agency (CCTA) is pleased to announce the successful approval of its Senate Bill (SB) 125 funding request, securing an initial payment of $2,236,615. This significant infusion of state capital will be dedicated to immediate improvements in public transportation services across Colusa County.
