We’re hiring! MOCO is looking for an Assembly Manager to join our growing warehouse team.

In this role, the Assembly Manager would run our warehouse handwork and assembly projects. Each project is a little unique and different, but all include retail and trade show displays.

Some examples include:

- Corrugate Assembly - Receive flat-pack corrugate display pieces, fold and assemble into 3D display shape, intermittently load with sellable product, pack into shipping cartons and label.

- Demo Unit Assembly - Receive steel or plastic displays with product pedestals, receive demo product, drill demo product, and attach to displays using screws, bolts, tape, etc.

- Trade Show Prep - Perform test set ups, replace artwork/graphics/demo product as need, prepare and pack shipments for delivery to shows.

Responsibilities will include:

Assembly & Packing:

· Review scope of work
· Determine assembly process
· Order required parts & materials
· Create and maintain warehouse space plan
· Configure assembly lines
· Direct assembly lines and coordinate assembly crew

Staffing:

· Manage list of part-time temp workers
· Call/schedule temps as needed
· Train and manage temp assembly crew
· Manage crew hours and submit to accounting for payment

This is a full-time salaried position with flexible hours managing projects in two separate warehouses – Roseville and nearby in Minneapolis. Extensive benefits include top-tier health and dental insurance options, paid vacation, 401k, various group insurance plans, etc.

MOCO is looking for help in our warehouse!

Our warehouse offers a fun and energetic work environment with the opportunity for very flexible hours etc..

The warehouse team handles various tasks including assembling, labeling, and packaging boxes etc.. For those interested, we also intermittently do some light assembly work such as basic drilling, screwing, fastening, etc..

No two projects are the same, so that keeps things exciting! If you or anyone you know enjoys temporary work or wants to supplement a full-time position with extra hours etc., please pass along their name, phone number, and email, and we will get them added to our call list for upcoming projects.

For most of our projects MOCO pays $18/hour.
