What is the missing variable?

Two people can put in the same effort.
Follow the same practice.
Yet experience completely different results.

One meditates every day and struggles to find stillness.

Another barely maintains a practice, yet stillness seems to come surprisingly easily.

So… what makes the difference?

This question became the starting point of a journey that connected science, technology, meditation, and grace.
