It is an exciting day when a new Gongon comes into the fold. Last month, we welcomed Eva, our newest Research & Implementation Intern, who came to us from Albania to our Royal Oak office with the work exchange program, CIEE.

Through this program, we are building bridges of mutual understanding between different people, different countries, and different cultures - and we look forward to seeing the positive impact Eva will have on our team and clients during our time together!

As a proud host of the Insights Association IDEAtor Fellowship program, Gongos warmly welcomes our newest IDEAtor Fellowship Associate, Jennifer!

The IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) Council is an initiative addressing the lack of representation in the insights industry and the need to better understand and serve the consumers we work with. This program will give associates hands-on professional experience within the insights field and the opportunity to establish professional industry connections.
