A note from our CEO Justin Wedes:
I’m writing with bittersweet news: Flow Video has closed its doors after nearly 10 years of making unforgettable videos. It’s the end of an era.
When I joined Flow Video in 2019, I became part of a masterful team of creatives on a simple mission: to humanize brands and engage audiences with deeply-purposeful, powerful video storytelling. I’m proud to say we did that and so much more.
Just a few highlights:
👉 Flow served over 250 unique clients, from Fortune 500 companies to mom-and-pop businesses, Big 10 Colleges to local community nonprofits
👉 Flow helped nonprofits raise a staggering $20M+ through fundraising videos, galas, and brand awareness campaigns
👉 When COVID-19 hit, we helped over 100 organizations stay connected with their team members, donors, and customers through our virtual event production services – from top-grossing virtual fundraisers to corporate all-hands meetings to live-streamed concerts and shows
We built a community of directors, producers, production crew, and talented actors across SE Michigan and the entire country: over 200 part-time, full-time, and contract teammates that worked together on countless events and productions over the years. I’m so incredibly grateful to each and every person who contributed their time and creative talents to make video with a higher purpose.
I’d like to invite you to a Farewell Flow! // Closing Party – one last ‘Good Flow’ hoorah! – on Thursday, June 5th from 5-8pm at our friends MOTOR CITY GAS - Whiskey in Royal Oak. Come raise a glass to all of the friendships forged and good works done over the years together. RSVP is totally free: http://bit.ly/farewell-flow
I want to thank everyone who made Flow Video so special. I wish you all success and joy in all that lies ahead. Thanks for choosing to ‘grow with the Flow!’
Yours truly,
Justin Wedes
