……bought a “Loading Ramp” kit… then made 2 8ft ramps for my truck…. Most importantly - I drilled the Tailgate in 3 spots for the Pins that keep the ramps from coming off the tailgate during use….!

…..now I’m Rebuilding a 1983 Maico Ohlins rear Shock….should be done in a few days after I round up the Seals and Stuff….

…..the 1970’s Vintage Ohlins Shocks went together a LOT easier than they came apart…. Ready for the next 40 years of use for my Customer

……for some reason I continue to try and help people out with their old / worn out trashed shocks…these old Ohlins are always a Pain to get apart….!

Put the Tire on the KTM wheel today…. It wasn’t that bad - 2 rim locks to deal with - fresh Soapy water helped - and 2 sockets help to make room to get the tube valve in its hole….

…..you would think after 50 years of putting wheels together - I wouldn’t have much trouble with them - but these old “All Inner”* spoke wheels with one side of the hub way bigger that the other are always a pain….( *all the spokes are installed from the outside and come out the inner side of the hub )
