Now Hiring: Customer Service Manager
(Full-Time, On-Site ā 8:00-4:30AM)
Bank-A-Count, a locally owned printing company with over 70 years of success, is looking for a hands-on Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team on-site in Rudolph, WI
You will:
Lead and coach a customer service team
Own workflows, priorities, and service standards
Handle complex customer issues and escalations
Partner closely with IT, Production, Sales, and Marketing
Help drive retention, upselling, and customer satisfaction
Weāre looking for:
Experience leading people (approx. 2+ years)
3+ years in customer service, sales, or similar
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A leadership style that balances accountability with empathy
