Well… it’s time 😅

I’m stepping back from running the press every day so I can focus more on the business side of Getting Noticed.

Which means—we’re hiring 👇

We’re looking for a Screen Print Production Team Member to join our shop.

What you’d be doing (just to give you a feel for it):
• Burning screens
• Lining up artwork on press
• Working with ink (it gets messy sometimes 😅)
• Being on your feet most of the day
• Cleaning up your space and keeping things organized

What we’re really looking for:
• Someone who shows up on time, every day
• Pays attention to the details
• Can handle deadlines without getting overwhelmed
• Understands that timing matters in this job
• Can roll with the unexpected stuff that comes up

Experience helps, but it’s not everything.
We can teach the right person—just need someone who cares about doing a good job.

Hours would be 9-5 Mon-Thurs, Friday during peak season.

Just like Dorothy discovered she always had the power within her, our Broncos remind us it’s not just about the scoreboard—it’s about courage, heart, and pride in our team. 💪

The goal for this Russell Booster Club fundraiser is 500 shirts for a complete RED OUT on the bleachers next Friday, Sept. 26th.

How can you help?
1. Purchase shirts for a donation.
❤️ These will have your business logo on the back given out at random prior to the game.

2. Purchase shirts for your group/business.
❤️ Wear these during the day Friday and the game! These will have your business logo/group affiliation on the back and sizes selected by you. (Class reunion idea- represent your graduation year and have a keepsake)

The end of an Era.

For the last 3.5 years this girl has given me her ALL! We have had some great times; learning together, teaching one another and listening to each other’s problems. To say I’ll miss her is an understatement. She truly is like a little sister. When she told me she had an opportunity come about I told her to GO for it. I never doubted people to see her greatness for one second. Now she’s on to her next chapter and couldn’t be more happy and excited for her. Though slightly envious.

We celebrated with an appropriate send off - cookies on the conveyor heater.

We will miss you, Ryleigh Wagner! 🤍

A couple months ago I was asked by Russell High School JAG-K’s Raina Tomlinson to come and talk to her class about starting a business. I was so honored that they thought of me to come and educate on this topic. It was such a fun day. As someone who really kind of led by my heart of owning and growing a business it was fun to share my passion with potential entrepreneurs. We sat and discussed how you find your passion, turn that into a business, and differentiate in your market. It was the ultimate brainstorming session.

Last week these ladies got to present their business plan. We got asked to help with their business apparel. We took their logo, vectored it and created apparel for their presentation. It was a wonderful feeling knowing we got to be a part of their team, even if it was a small role.

Being a teacher of my day-to-day really made me stop in my tracks and appreciate how far this business has come. I’m ever-so grateful for all our clients who trust us with your projects. I discovered my passion in those same halls Russell USD 407, and I am thankful for the opportunity to give back to our youth.
