I’m incredibly excited to be part of this project with Hackney Ladish.

This facility isn’t just an important part of Russellville’s story — it also holds significance in Arkansas and U.S. manufacturing history.

Marketing for industrial manufacturing facilities is a unique space. It’s very different from typical digital marketing trends and requires understanding complex operations, technical industries, and the people behind them.

At Kestrel Digital Agency, I love working across different industries, and manufacturing projects like this are especially meaningful. It’s an honor to help tell the stories behind the companies that keep American industry moving forward.

We were honored to host a corporate leadership team from Hackney Ladish here in Russellville last week!

President Todd Miller joined us for our monthly board meeting, where he shared insights on the company’s continued growth and commitment to our community. During their visit, Todd also had the opportunity to meet with local community leaders and hosted a tour of their amazing Russellville plant.

The Hackney Ladish facility here in Russellville plays a critical role in manufacturing high-quality steel pipe fittings used in energy and industrial infrastructure across the country and globe. Watching the process up close—from massive heat treat operations to precision-machined parts—was truly impressive.

Adding to the excitement, the Boiler Union national team was also in town filming media highlighting the Russellville plant and the incredible work happening inside those walls. It’s easy to see why they chose this facility as a showcase.

But what truly makes this plant amazing isn’t just the technology or the scale—it’s the people. Over the past two years, Hackney Ladish has added 100 net new jobs right here in Russellville and continues to grow in the Arkansas River Valley.

We’re proud to have companies like Hackney Ladish investing in our community, creating opportunities, and demonstrating that world-class manufacturing thrives right here in Russellville.
