Concept Design : เริ่มจากชื่อของร้านที่นำมาตีความเเละผสมเข้ากับ Joshua Tree ที่เป็นต้นไม้พื้นเมืองในบริเวณที่ตั้งร้านในรัฐแคลิฟอเนีย เราจึงนำทั้งสองสิ่งมารวมเข้าด้วยกัน โดยเพิ่มความเป็นคาเฟ่ให้มากขึ้นด้วยการใส่กราฟฟิกที่เสมือนหูจับของแก้วเข้าไป
