If you’ve ever wondered who’s behind the big, complex IT changes that just work - meet Chris James, our Senior Azure Systems Engineer.

Chris manages critical IT systems at KP and recently led one of his biggest wins: our BCDR project - a huge lift and a major step forward in resilience and preparedness. His favorite part of the job? Planning and implementing big changes (the kind that make everything stronger on the other side). His best work advice sums it up perfectly: Change is constant - plan for it.

Outside of work, Chris is always on the move - traveling, hiking with his dogs, and even forging. Yes, forging. (And if that wasn’t enough, his most unexpected skill is being a horseman, with his first job ever as a large‑animal veterinary assistant.)
