21 years behind the chair and Iā€™ve learned a lotā€”some things I did right, and plenty of things I wish I wouldā€™ve figured out sooner.

The biggest one? I wish I had a mentor.

Someone to teach me more than just how to cut. Someone to teach me professionalism, business, discipline, client retention, how to handle difficult situations, and all the things you wonā€™t learn watching a YouTube video.

Now Iā€™m in a position where I can be that person for someone else.
