Maureen helps women in menopause and postmenopause understand their changing bodies through movement, nutrition, and hormone wellness education.

After experiencing debilitating perimenopause symptoms and later surviving estrogen-positive breast cancer, Maureen refused to settle for simply managing her symptoms. She searched for answers, reclaimed her health, and turned her personal journey into a mission to help other women do the same.

Today, through Crawl. Walk. Run. Fitness., she empowers women with practical tools to restore their health, rebuild their strength, and bring their bodies back to life, so they can stop merely surviving and start thriving.
