A few simple ways to help protect your devices at home or at the office:

🚨 SCAM ALERT: “Microsoft” is NOT calling you! 🚨
Have you ever received a surprise call or pop-up saying there’s something wrong with your computer? 😱
Here’s the truth: Big tech companies like Microsoft, Apple, or Google will NEVER contact you out of the blue.

👉 Stay safe by watching for these red flags:

❌ 1. Unsolicited calls or pop-ups
If someone calls or a message pops up telling you there’s a virus or issue—don’t believe it. Close it or hang up.

❌ 2. Asking for remote access
Never let someone take control of your computer unless you contacted a trusted source first.

❌ 3. Payment demands or gift cards
No real tech support will ask you to pay with gift cards or wire transfers.

❌ 4. High-pressure tactics
Scammers want you to panic. Real professionals (like us 😉) take the time to explain.

❌ 5. Weird emails or links
Be cautious of emails claiming to be from Microsoft or Apple that have typos, strange links, or sketchy sender addresses.

✅ What to do instead:
🛡️ Don’t give out any personal info
📞 Hang up or close the message
