This is what it feels like when you start promoting your business online for the first time.

This is also what it feels like every time I finally come back to posting after dropping the ball. 🌊

Jump → go under → listen, reflect, figure it out → burst back through the doors lighter than you went in. (And with more leads)

This is the part I get to watch my clients move through all the time… and the part I feel every single time it’s my turn too.

Anna came to me needing social media help before her first market.

Most people have the concept. They’ve had it for a while. The part that surprises them is everything that has to happen before anyone else can see it.

A few weeks later she had a website, 50+ products photographed, priced, and listed online, a brand voice, and a clear purpose behind all of it. (With a little help from you know who 👀)

Was it perfect? No. Was she ready for that market? Yes.

I once heard my friend Georgia say something like if you’re waiting for the right time to start your business, there’s never a right time. Anna didn’t feel ready for that market (to this day, I actually question if she’s EVER ready for any of the markets she signs up for but that’s another convo 😉). She was ready. We showed up. Her people showed up too. She’s surrounded by some pretty amazing women.

The rest of the year was more markets, more building, more… photoshoots, late nights, long drives, meetings, connections, ideas, pivots, AI optimization (people are searching AI more than Google now obviously so we need to show up there too), research, business cards, blogs, email newsletters, MORE channels, MORE research. (Also soooo much LOVE & women lifting each other up)

We tested things. Some didn’t work. We tested again. That’s kind of the whole point.

One year of The Inheritance Collective. A foundation is built. We know so much more than we knew. Year two LETS GO
