𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬?
When you decide to start a new career, your mind is filled with all the possibilities and all the dreams. Over time, sometimes those dreams escape your mind, and you are left just thinking about the day-to-day activities.
When I started a career in Marketing, I didn't think about what would happen when I had children...
or a pandemic...
I pictured myself working in a fancy office, wearing nice business clothes, meeting friends after work for cocktails, and living this glorious lifestyle.
Instead, I started a little marketing agency while at home taking care of my 3 children, most days working in my pajamas, listening to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse in the background.
Even though my business is completely different than what I imagined, I am still living a glorious life. Sometimes, it isn't always what we pictured, or dreamed of, but we still need to dream big and work towards fulfilling those dreams.
